TV presenter and model turned film star Nusraat Faria Mazhar, one of the most popular actors in both Bengals, will be presenting her first track titled “Potaka” with her fans this April. She recorded the song during last December and shot its music video on March 18 and 19 at Mumbai, India.
Famous Indian director and choreographer Baba Yadav directed and choreographed the video. Yadav posted a photo of him and Faria after the shoot from his official Facebook page. The caption said: “Shot a music video for this most multi talented #actress #Rj #debater #fighter #successful #demander #achiever and now a #singer non other than Nusraat Faria .. a rocking song comin from her album soon.. Wait n watch..”

While returning from Mumbai Faria told the press that for the video’s shoot she had to wear a pant for a whole day that weighed more than 7 kilos. She explained it was a very heavy dress and she is still in pain.
The track sung by Faria was penned by Rakib Ruhul and was composed and tuned by Pritom Hasan. The track will be released on Youtube in April.
