Monpura stars Chanchal Chowdhury, Farhana Mili and Fazlur Rahman Babu have reunited in a special single episode TV play titled Happy Family.
Written by Brindabon Das and directed by Dipu Hazra, the family drama will be aired on GTV at 6pm on the day of Eid-ul-Adha. The play also casts Shahnaz Khushi, Masud Rana Mithu, Dibya Joyti, Soumya Joyti and Mahmud Belal, among others.
The story revolves around two families who have an acrimonious relation between them. Every morning the two families end up getting into a nasty brawl which continues till night. However, they try to convince their neighbours that they are living quite harmoniously.
