In pictures: Pouring rain brings relief to sweltering Dhaka

After enduring several days of sweltering heat, Dhaka residents found solace in a refreshing downpour on Saturday. 

The heavy rains brought much-needed relief from the heat, which had caused discomfort for the city's inhabitants. 

By afternoon, the sky of Dhaka became cloudy and started raining after 3pm.
