CEO Tim Cook announced the app which would keep track of what shows the user streams on different apps available on Apple TV.
TV will not include Netflix or Amazon in its services, meaning users will have to continue using Netflix apps on their TV.

The app will allow streaming of news and sports services, as long as the user is subscribed to said services.
The tech giant launched its latest version of the Macbook Pro to take on the day-old Microsoft Surface Book on the same day.
