Bengal Commercial Bank and Flora Systems Ltd exchanged a deed of agreement regarding core banking solution (CBS) at the bank’s head office at Gulshan in the capital on Tuesday.
Through this agreement, several services would be operated through the CBS, such as Branch Banking, ATM, POS, Internet Banking, Digital Onboard, Electric Know Your Customer (e-KYC), and Regulatory Reporting, said a press release.
Managing Director and CEO of Bengal Commercial Bank Tarik Morshed, and Chairman and Managing Director of Flora Systems Mustafa Rafiqul Islam, signed the papers on behalf of their organizations.
Attendees on behalf of Bengal Commercial Bank included: Chairman Md. Jasim Uddin; Strategic Advisor Shahid Hossain; Deputy Managing Director K. M. Awlad Hossain; Senior Executive Vice President and CTO Engr. Md. Rafiqul Islam; Company Secretary Humayun Kabir, and CMO Md. Mokbul Hossain.
Attendees on behalf of Flora Systems included: CTO Subodh Kumar Bhowmick; Senior Vice President and Project Director Mohammad Mohsin Khan, and VP Mahbubul Alam.
