Bengal Commercial Bank (BGCB) has opened its Nama Bazar Branch at Savar, Dhaka.
Md Iqbal Hossain Chowdhury, director of the bank and member of the Executive Committee inaugurated the Branch on Thursday, reads a press release.
Tarik Morshed, managing director and CEO of the bank presided over the inaugural ceremony.
KM Awlad Hossain, DMD & CBO of the bank, other top officials, clients, businessmen and local elites were also present on the occasion.
So far, the bank has opened a total of 14 branches and sub-branches. It has a plan to open more branches and sub-branches across the country including the Dhanmondi branch, Rangpur branch, Rampura sub-branch and Ashkona sub-branch very soon, said the official.
