The 53rd Annual General Meeting (EGM) of Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited was held on August 24, through digital platform.
Gerald K Adams, chairman of the board of directors, presided over the meeting.
Mohsin Habib Chowdhury, CEO & managing director, along with other directors Anil Bhalla, Jean-claude Loutereuil, Kanwardip Singh Dhingra, Rupali Haque Chowdhury, Mohsin Ahmed, Reazul Haque Chowdhury, Sunil Sharma, Sazzad Rahim Chowdhury, and Maria Howlader also attended the meeting.
The members of the company declared 525% cash dividend for the year 2025-26 and confirmed the appointment of Mohsin Habib Chowdhury as CEO & managing director for five years with effect from August 1, 2026.
