Mercantile Bank PLC held the town hall meeting at the Grand Sylhet Hotel and Resort on Friday.
The bank’s Managing Director Mati Ul Hasan was present as the chief guest at the meeting.
He delivered his speech highlighting non-performing loans, future planning, Islamic Banking Operations, deposits and ensuring modern tech-savvy customer services.
DMDs Md Zakir Hossain, Ashim Kumar Saha, and Sylhet Regional Head Debojyoti Mojumder spoke in the meeting.
All the head of branches and sub-branches, executives and officers from eight branches and sub-branches under Sylhet Region were also present in the meeting.
