Mercantile Bank PLC distributed Blankets among cold-hit people at Baufal, Patuakhali on Saturday.
An initiative by the bank's sponsor director and chairman of Mercantile Bank Securities Ltd ASM Feroz Alam distributed the blankets among 500 underprivileged people at Shaheda-Gafur-Ibrahim General Hospital premises.
Moudud Ahmed, Head of Barisal branch, Md Al Mamun, head of Kalaiya Branch, all managers of Barisal region and eminent persons of the local areas were present on the occasion.
