Walton has announced a five-year warranty facility for some PCB (Printed Circuit Board) models of locally manufactured air conditioners or ACs.
Apart from this, customers enjoy 10-year guarantees on the compressor of Walton Inverter AC while a year's guarantee is available on the compressors of Walton non-inverter AC, including one one-year replacement guarantee.
The benefits are available from Saturday.
On Wednesday, a declaration program was held regarding the after-sales service at the Walton corporate office in the capital.
The event was attended, among other,s by Walton Plaza’s Managing Director, Md Rayhan, Walton Hi-Tech’s Additional Managing Directors (AMD) Nazrul Islam Sarker and Yousuf Ali, DMD Mofizur Rahaman Jakir, AC’s Chief Business Officer (CBO) Tanvir Rahman, Deputy CBO Sondip Biswas, Head of Sales (Walton Distributor Network) Firoz Alam, Chief Service Officer Neamul Haque and Deputy chief marketing officer Zoheb Ahmed.
Besides announcing the best after-sales service, the electronics giant also declared an AC Exchange Offer in which customers can buy Walton’s new air conditioners and get a 25% discount in exchange for their used ACs of any brand.
In addition, all the customers of Walton ACs are now enjoying a free installation facility.
AC’s CBO Tanvir Rahman said they added the world’s latest technologies to their ACs, like inverters, ionizers, and IoT-based innovative technologies. Walton’s R&I team is working relentlessly to add the newest features and technologies to ACs.
Walton is exceedingly confident in the highest quality and long-lasting of compressors that are used in their inverter ACs and thus they are giving 10-year guarantee on the compressors of inverter ACs and increased the inverter PCB’s warranty from three years to five years.
Walton has 82 service centres nationwide under the ISO Certified Service Management System to provide fast and best after-sales service.
More than two and a half thousand service experts are working in those service centres. Walton’s skilled and experienced engineers and technicians provide free service to AC buyers every 100 days.
