The University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) and Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Wicci), a concern of Bangladesh-India Business Council, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in the capital on Monday. Prof Imran Rahman, vice chancellor of ULAB, and Dr Rumana Dowla, vice president of Wicci, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. As per the agreement, WICCI's member entrepreneurs will mentor ULAB's female students. Among others, Dr Maliha Mannan Ahmed, Wicci member, director of Gemcon Group and founder of Organikare, and Prof Shamsad Mortuza, pro-vice chancellor of ULAB, were also present
