Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has appointed Supreme Court senior lawyer Barrister Badruddoza Badal as its Secretary for Law Affairs.
The information was confirmed in a statement signed by the party’s Senior Joint Secretary General, Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, on Wednesday.
Prior to his new role, Badruddoza Badal served as Assistant Secretary for Training Affairs in the BNP’s Executive Committee.
Barrister Kayser Kamal had been serving as the BNP’s Law Affairs Secretary. He resigned from the party after assuming office as Deputy Speaker of Parliament, leaving the position vacant until now.
