All seven BNP members of parliament (MPs) are set to submit their resignation letters in person to the speaker of parliament.
They will submit their resignation letters at around 11am on Sunday, according to BNP sources.
BNP International Affairs Secretary Rumeen Farhana announced the decision at the party's Golapbagh rally on Saturday.
The seven lawmakers are Md Zahidur Rahman from Thakurgaon-3, Md Mosharof Hosen from Bogra-4, Gulam Mohammad Siraj from Bogra-6, Md Harunur Rashid from Chapainawabganj-3, Abdus Sattar Bhuiyan from Brahmanbaria-2 and reserved seat MP Rumeen Farhana.
The MPs tendered their resignation through emails on Saturday.
