Update : 15 May 2023, 12:26 PM

Cox's Bazar is beginning to return to normalcy following the devastation wrought by Cyclone Mocha.

Repair work on damaged homes and roadways began on Monday, and people in the cyclone-affected coastal areas who have lost their homes are trying to rebuild.

Additionally, flights resumed in Cox's Bazar Monday morning as well.

Following the fury of Cyclone Mocha, distressed people returned home from the shelters Sunday night.

Many of these people are suffering due to the destruction of their homes, particularly in Teknaf upazila, including St Martin's Island, which was heavily affected.
