A 40-year-old motorcyclist was killed after being hit by a tractor in Dinajpur on Saturday.
The deceased was identified as Chandan Kumar Roy Naresh, of Nilphamari district.
The accident took place in the Alokjhari area of Khansama upazila on Saturday morning when Chandan was on his way to work.
Police said Chandan died on the spot due to the impact of the collision.
"The driver of the tractor has been arrested. The killer vehicle was also seized," said Ferdous Akter, duty officer of Khansam police station.
