A mild heat wave is sweeping over the regions of Rajshahi, Pabna and Jessore and it may continue, said a Met Office bulletin.
Rain or thunderstorms with intense lightning flashes are likely to occur at a few places in Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions and at one or two places in Rangpur division and the districts of Kishoreganj and Brahmanbaria, it said.
The weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy skies elsewhere.
Day and night temperatures may remain nearly unchanged.
