SC chamber judge's court to hear cases virtually from January 16

Amid the sudden surge in Covid-19 infection in the country, the Supreme Court (SC) chamber judge court has decided to hold hearings virtually from January 16.
The apex court administration issued a notification in this regard on Wednesday.
Signed by Appellate Division Registrar Md Badrul Alam Bhuiyan, the notification said Justice Obaidul Hassan would hold a hearing of cases at the chamber judge court from 2:30pm on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Earlier, Justice Obaidul Hassan made such a declaration on Tuesday.
