A total of 69,791 people recovered from Covid-19 with 1,395 new recoveries among the infected on Friday at all eight districts in Rajshahi division.
As many as 13,815 infected patients are now undergoing treatment at different designated hospitals in Rajshahi, said Dr Habibul Ahsan Talukder, Divisional director of Health.
Meanwhile, 244 more people tested positive for the deadly virus in the division on the same day, taking the caseload to 91,236 since the pandemic began.
The death toll reached 1,467 in the division-- with 10 more Covid-19 related fatalities reported during the period-- including 619 in Bogura, 265 in Rajshahi with 158 in its city and 145 in Chapainawabganj, Dr Talukder added.
The new daily infection figure shows a significant falling trend compared to the previous day's figure of 491.
Besides, all the positive cases for Covid-19 brought under necessary treatment while 20,890 were kept in isolation units of different hospitals for institutional supervision. Of them, 14,498 have by now been released.

On the other hand, 137 more people have been sent home and institutional quarantined afresh while 733 others were released from isolation during the same time.
Of the total positive cases, the highest 75 were detected in Bogura, followed by 56 in Sirajganj, 49 in Pabna, 42 in Rajshahi, including 34 in its city, nine in Joypurhat, seven in Naogaon and six in Chapainawabganj districts.
With the newly detected patients, the district-wise break-up of the total cases now stands at 26,120 in Rajshahi, including 23,751 in its city, 5,325 in Chapainawabganj, 6,168 in Naogaon, 7,601 in Natore, 4,354 in Joypurhat, 20,208 in Bogura, 10,196 in Sirajganj and 11,264 in Pabna.
A total of 1,06,113 people are kept under quarantine since March 10 last year to prevent the community transmission of the deadly coronavirus.
Of them, 95,548 were released as they were given clearance certificates after completing their 14-day quarantine.
