Police raid suspected militant hideout in Natore, find nothing

Law enforcers have raided a suspected militant hideout in Borohorishpur village of Natore district. A team of local police accompanied by Detective Branch (DB) of Police began the raid around 1:30pm on Thursday. Confirming the matter, Natore sadar police station Office-in-Charge Moshiur Rahman told the Dhaka Tribune: "The three-storey building was cordoned of around 10:30am. "We anticipated that militants were hiding in the building but found nothing when we conducted the raid." He said the raid has ended.
