Bangladesh Railway (BR) on Thursday evicted over 200 establishments built near the CRB area in the city, and recovered about 30 acres of land.
An Eastern Zone railway team conducted the five-hour eviction drive led by Divisional Commercial Officer (DCO) Anser Ali. The DCO said the drives were conducted following BR’s directives, and they will continue to recover railway lands in the port city.
