Police have recovered the bodies of a couple from their home in Nageshwari, Kurigram.
The deceased are Nazrul Islam Manna, 55, and his wife Rumi Begum, 35.
The incident occurred Friday morning.
Family members said Nazrul's brother had found Nazrul and his wife's body lying on the ground in their bedroom, when he went to wake them up in the morning.
Nageshwari police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Rowshan Kabir confirmed the matter.
Their bodies have been sent for autopsy, the OC said.
