Two more people, who got injured in the head-on collision between two buses in Thakurgaon on August 2, have died, raising the death toll to 12.
The deceased are Abdur Rauf, 20, a student of Government Shahid Akbar Ali Science and Technology College in Baliadangi; and Dabirul Islam, 60, a resident of Baliadangi upazila.

Baliadangi police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mosabberul Haq said Rauf died at M Abdur Rahim Medical College and Hospital in Dinajpur and Dabirul died at Rangpur Medical College and Hospital on August 3, while undergoing treatment.
Earlier, eight people were killed while dozens others injured in the accident taken place on the Dhaka-Thakurgaon Highway in Jagannathpur Balaka Udyan area at Sadar upazila on August 2.
Later, two more victims died at Rangpur Medical College and Hospital on the same day.
