Rail communication between Mymensingh and Bhairab has resumed after four hours of suspension following the derailment of a train carrying goods in the Bakainagar area of Gauripur upazila in Mymensingh.
The tracks were cleared around noon, said Officer-in-Charge of Government Railway Police in Mymensingh Abdul Hannan Farazi.
At around 7:30am Sunday, four compartments of a train bound from Chittagong went off the track near Gauripur Railway Station.
