The deceased is Shafiqul Islam, 45, who was on LPR (leave preparatory for retirement) following his retirement from Bangladesh Army.
The incident took place around 3am on Bogra-Natore highway in Shajahanpur’s Fultola area on Wednesday when Shafiqul was returning home after receiving his son Ashraful Islam at Shakpala Bus Stand.
