Enam medical: The saviour of Rana plaza victims

Enam Medical College and Hospital, the facility that had major contributions during the Rana Plaza disaster, has stepped into 10 years of its founding. A programme was arranged in this regard on Monday at the auditorium of the medical college with lawmaker and EMCH Chairman Mohammad Enamur Rahman as chief guest. Interactive Rana Plaza rescue operation day-by-day“In the last 10 years we have consolidated our initial endeavour and attempt to establish an ideal medical college and hospital,” Enamur Rahman said in a statement. “This is the best tertiary care hospital in this area with facilities for Angiogram, Angioplasty, Cardiac Catheterisation, Valvo Plasty Pace maker and device closure of shant.” “Academic performance is excellent. Many doctors qualified from Enam are working in various hospitals and organisations,” he added. Enam Medical College, located in Savar, was the primary treatment centre for the victims after Rana Plaza collapsed on April 24, 2013. The hospital's healthcare service gave major support to the injured victims of Rana Plaza throughout the rescue efforts and after.
