Maj Gen Kabir Ahmed and Bangladesh Tea Board Chairman Maj Gen Sheikh Mohammad Sarwar Hossain of Bangladesh Army have been appointed on deputation as ambassadors at the disposal of the foreign ministry.
The Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification in this regard on Sunday.
The order will come into immediate effect, it said.
