The Consular Corps in Bangladesh (CCB) has elected its Executive Committee for the period of 2023-2025.
Honorary Consul General of Poland in Dhaka Reshadur Rahman has been made president while Honorary Consul of Ethiopia Shams Mahmud has been made secretary general.
Honorary Consul of Seychelles Md Amiruzzaman and Honorary Consul of Malta Shoeb Chowdhury are the two vice presidents, said a statement.
Honorary Consul of Guatemala Zulfikar Ali is the treasurer.
Immediate past president Neaz Ahmed, honorary consul of New Zealand, is also a member of the new committee.
The other members are the Honorary Consul of South Africa in Chittagong Md Solaiman Alam Seth, Honorary Consul of Luxembourg Nasreen Zamir, Honorary Consul of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mohammed Taneem Hassan, Honorary Consul of Estonia Syed Farhad Ahmed and Honorary Consul of Georgia Riad Mahmud.
