British High Commissioner in Dhaka Robert Chatterton Dickson paid a courtesy call on Chief of Army Staff General SM Shafiuddin Ahmed at army headquarters in Dhaka on Thursday.
During their meeting, they exchanged greetings and discussed various issues related to the ties between the armies of the two countries, according to a press release.
Later, the army chief thanked the British ambassador for meeting him.
