The Mymensingh City Corporation election is scheduled be held on March 9.
The voting will be held through electronic voting machines (EVMs) from 8am to 4pm without any breaks, Election Commissioner Anisur Rahman said at the Nirbachan Bhaban in Dhaka’s Agargaon on Monday.
Apart from these, polls to three to four municipalities, by-polls in upazila and district councils will be held on March 9 as well.
He added the first phase of Upazila Parishad elections will be held by April 30, and the rest will be done in May.
