Pre-election violence continued across the country, leaving more than 37 injured on Tuesday and Monday night, on the 15th day of electioneering for the 11th general election.
It was the second day of military presence on the ground.
In Magura, at least 10 activists of Awami League got injured in an attack on a procession of the party, and four election offices vandalized in Shalikha and Muhammadpur upazilas of Magura districts respectively.
In Shalikha, local Awami League activist Liton Hossain alleged the rival supporters attacked a procession of Awami League from behind at Chaturbaria Bazar in early Tuesday.
"They exploded bombs in the procession, beat up and hacked Awami League activists, leaving at least 10 injured," Liton added.
Meanwhile, Muhammadpur upazila Awami League Joint Secretary Kamrul Islam alleged rival supporters attacked three campaign offices of Magura 2 Awami League candidate Biren Sikder and carried out vandalism.
Shalikha police station Officer- in-Charge Tariqul Islam and Muhammadpur police station Robiul Islam confirmed the matters.
In Manikganj, BNP's Manikganj 2 candidate Mianul Islam Khan Shanta claimed Awami League activists attacked his motorcade during electioneering at Harirampur Upazila.
He said he was first obstructed in front of the upazila's Kouri Nurul Islam College.
"A group of stick-wielding men later attacked my motorcade at Diabari in the morning," he said.
"They vandalized five vehicles from my motorcade," Mainul claimed.
The BNP candidate blamed the supporters of Awami League aspirant Momtaz Begum of obstructing his campaign, attacking his supporters and vandalizing vehicles.
In Satkhira, some unidentified miscreants vandalized and set fire to an election office of Awami League in Patkelghata upazila headquarters of Satkhira on Monday night.
In Lakshmipur, Jatiya Oikya Front leader and Lakshmipur 4 candidate ASM Abdur Rab’s election campaign offices were vandalized and torched by a group of miscreants in Kamalnagar upazila of the district.
Three offices of Abdur Rab were vandalized and torched in the upazila at noon, claimed Abdul Motaleb, a polling agent of the candidate.
“In the morning, police arrested six of our leaders and activists. Few minutes later, Jubo League and Chhatra League men attacked our campaign offices and torched one of them," he added.
Two offices at Fazumiar Haat and Islamganj Market were vandalized, said Iqbal Hossain, officer-in-charge of Kamalnagar police station.
In Munshiganj, an Awami League election camp was set on fire in Baushia union of Gazaria upazila in the district on Monday night.
Gazaria upazila unit Awami League General Secretary Md Amirul Islam blamed BNP men for the incident. The upazila unit BNP Secretary Ishak Ali denied the allegation.
Gazaria police station Officer-in-Charge Md Harunur-ar-Rashid said a case was filed accusing 60 people in connection with the incident.
Two TV cameramen came under attack while they were taking photos of BNP candidate Abdul Hye’s campaign in Munshiganj town on Tuesday morning.
Witnesses said Awami League activists swooped on the campaign with hammers. They also vandalized the cameras.
Munshiganj Superintendent of Police Zayedul Alam visited the spot.
In Nilphamari, Jamaat-Shibir men allegedly torched a polls office of Awami League candidate Asaduzzaman Noor in Majhpara village of Sadar upazila on Monday night.
Nilphamari Sadar police station Officer-in-Charge Md Mominul Islam said a case was filed in the incident.
Local Awami League leader Lutfor Rahman said they have to face difficulties as Jamaat-e-Islami supporters have a stronghold in the area.
In Chittagong, three people suffered burn injuries after an Awami League election campaign came under attack in Sitakunda.
Confirming the matter, Sitakunda police station OC Delwar Hossain said: “An Awami League election campaign was attacked in the Madam Bibir Hat area of Sitakunda.”
In Naogaon, at least 12 people were injured when the motorcade of BNP candidate and former state minister for public works Alamgir Kabir came under attack Kashimpur union of Raninagar upazila.
Alamgir blamed the local Awami League for the attack.
Raninagar police station Officer-in-Charge SM Siddiqur Rahman confirmed the incident.
In Satkhira, bombs were hurled at an Awami League campaign office in the Satkhira 1 constituency around 11am near the Patkelghata Bridge.
The miscreants also vandalized the furniture of the office.

In Rajshahi, three Awami League offices were set on fire in Paba and Godagari upazila on Monday night.
Local Awami League leaders blamed BNP-Jamaat men for the attack.
Godagari Model police station OC Jahangir Alam said the police were investigating the matter.
In Kishoreganj, 12 people including five policemen were injured when Awami League and BNP activists locked in a clash in Katiadi upazila on Monday night.
Katiadi police OC Shashuddin Mian confirmed the incident.
In Jhalokati, miscreants set fire on the Awami League office in Rajapur upazila on Monday night. They also attacked the house of local Awami League leader Akbar Talukder, confirmed Rajapur police station OC Jahid Hossain.
In Tangail, two Awami League offices came under arson attack in Jakirchala Bazar under Dhanbari uppazila on Monday night.
Dhanbari police station Officer-in-Charge Mojibar Rahman said the miscreants set fire on the offices at late night.
A case was filed, he said.
