Grameenphone and the Business Administration (BBA) department of Varendra University have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in a bid to enhance collaboration in education, research, and professional development.
The signing ceremony took place on Wednesday at the permanent campus of Varendra University.
Professor Dr Ananda Kumar Saha, Acting Vice-Chancellor of Varendra University, and Sayeda Tahya Hossain, Chief Human Resources Officer of Grameenphone, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective institutions.
They expressed optimism that this agreement would foster mutual cooperation between Varendra University and Grameenphone in higher education and business.
The stakeholders said: “The main objective of the MoU is to facilitate initiatives for capacity building through joint research, internship opportunities, workshops, training, and corporate inclusion programs.
