Dr Md Mashiur Rahman has resigned from his position as vice chancellor of National University.
The resignation was announced in a press release from the university late Sunday night.
According to sources at the university, Dr Md Mashiur stepped down from his role as the NU VC to return to his previous position at Dhaka University.
