NSU partners with Crony Group to open global job opportunities for its graduates

CPC played a pivotal role in organizing the event, highlighting the institution's dedication to facilitating student career growth

North South University (NSU) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Crony Group, a leading composite textile manufacturer in the country, aiming to create employment opportunities for NSU graduates in the global job market.

Vice-Chancellor Professor Atiqul Islam and Crony Group Co-Founder, Chairperson and BGMEA Director Neela Hosna Ara signed the MoU at Syndicate Hall, symbolizing their commitment to fostering a fruitful partnership, reads a press release. 

NSU's Career and Placement Center (CPC) played a pivotal role in organizing the event, highlighting the institution's dedication to facilitating student career growth.

Professor Dr M Ismail Hossain, NSU's Pro Vice-Chancellor and Treasurer (in charge), and CPC Director Professor Dr Mohammad Khasro Miah also delivered speeches underscoring the immense value of this collaboration.

In addition to the MoU signing, the ceremony served as a platform to release the 4th Industrial Revolution Skills Summit 2023 proceedings. 

This prestigious summit, jointly organized by the CPC, Thriving Skills, and a2i in March 2023, showcased dynamic discussions, innovative ideas, and transformative solutions.
