A fire has broken out at a private office in Uttara sector-13 of Dhaka.
The fire erupted around 2:50pm on Friday in a 10-storied building on Garibe Nawaj Avenue’s fifth floor, said Lama Kaham, duty officer of the control room at Fire Service and Civil Defence.
Upon receiving information, three firefighting units rushed to the spot and brought the fire under control around 4:15pm, she added.
There was no report of any casualty, she said further.
The fire service official said the cause of fire could not be determined immediately.
