110 BAF peacekeepers leave Dhaka for Mali

They will replace the current BAF contingent there

Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) on Sunday sent its 110 members to Mali to replace its contingent at the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission there.

The BAF members, led by Group Captain Md Zahidul Islam Khan, left Hazrat Shahjahal International Airport for Mali by a UN chartered aircraft, an ISPR release said on Sunday.

A special Munajat was offered before they left for Mali at departure lounge attended by senior BAF officers.
