Bangladesh Food Safety Authority (BFSA) has fined Boomer’s Café in Dhaka’s Dhanmondi area Tk3 lakh for its unhealthy environment.
The drive was conducted on Monday by BFSA Executive Magistrate SM Shantunu Chowdhury.
The magistrate found staff chopping raw meat near where cooked meat was kept.
Besides, raw meat was also found along with cooked meat in the refrigerator. Also, the spice being used had no labels on it.
