A person has been killed in a road accident in Dhaka.
The deceased has been identified as Imarat Hossain, 45 from the Narayanganj district.
His son, Abdul HadiImon, 22 was injured in the accident.
The incident occurred on Thursday on the Jatrabari flyover.
Jatrabari police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mazharul Islam confirmed the matter.
He said Imarat was travelling with his son to their village home when their motorcycle collided with a bus injuring them.
Later, Imarat was declared dead by on-duty doctors when he was taken to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH).
The bus driver has been arrested by police.
