Police has arrested three BNP leaders from the Dhaka's Bangshal area.
They were arrested around 4pm on Thursday.
The arrested BNP leaders are, BNP Dhaka City Assistant Secretary General Abdus Sattar, Ward 43 Sutrapur BNP Vice President Delwar, and Sutrapur BNP leader Mojibur Rahman Anu.
Sutrapur police station OC Ashraf Hossain confirmed the matter to the Dhaka Tribune.
He said: “There were arrest warrants issued against them but for investigation purposes we cannot give details of the case.”
