The arrestees were identified as Md Abul Khayer, 32, of Comilla and Md Saifuddin, 33, of city’s Agrabad area, said police sources.
Inspector of DB Keshab Chawkrabarty said on a secret information police conducted a drive in front of Tasfia Garden restaurant and arrested the duo with yaba tablets.
During primary interrogation, the duo acknowledged that they used to smuggle illegal drugs to different parts in the city, said the OC. A case was lodged in this connection.
