Visa forgery-ring busted

Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Detective Branch (DB) detained four people who are allegedly associated with a visa forging ring. Their factory has been found by the DMP Detective Branch as well. The four detainees were held from different parts of the city. They allegedly produced a huge amount of Schengen visas and stickers, said DMP DB Deputy Commissioner (North) Moshiur Rahman. Several Bangladeshi passports as well as computers and electronic accessories were also recovered from their possession. Md Masudur Rahman of DC Media, Media and Public Relations Division confirmed the incident. Details regarding the incident were disclosed in a press conference at the DMP Media Centre on Tuesday.
