The 21-year-old model Raudha Athif’s body was discovered hanging from the ceiling fan in her dorm room on Wednesday, March 29. On April 10, Raudha’s father filed a murder case with a Rajshahi court, accusing Seerat Parveen Mohammad, a Kashmiri student and close friend of the victim.A team from the famous Australian news show 60 Minutes is in Rajshahi to film a documentary on the death of Raudha Athif, the Maldivian model who was found dead in her room at the medical college in Rajshahi where she was studying.
On Monday, 60 Minutes Correspondent Peter Stefanovic and Producer Laura Sparkes and a camera crew visited Rajshahi Islami Bank Medical College girl's hostel, filmed the room where Raudha used to live and parts of the campus.
They also spoke to the college staff and Raudha's father Mohammad Athif.
Laura Sparkes told the Dhaka Tribune that Raudha was an internationally known model and the world of entertainment was anxious to know the updates about the investigation into her death.
