Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal inaugurated the Fire Service and Civil Defence Week-2016 on Sunday and afterwards responded to questions from the press.
Journalists asked the home minister about students who have reported to be gone missing very recently in Dhaka.
In response, the minister said: “Most of these ‘missing’ students have gone back home, or the law enforcers tracked them down and retrieved them. Therefore it is preposterous to claim there are people ‘missing’ in the city.”
