Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and her Chinese counterpart Li Keqiang have led their respective sides at the talks.
After the meeting, Foreign Secretary Shahidul Haq informed the media.
A total of five bilateral instruments have been signed between Bangladesh and China, he said.
Of them, two are agreements, one is a memorandum of understanding (MoU) and two are exchange of letters (EoLs), Shahidul Haq said.
Another agreement is the agreement on economic and technical cooperation between China and Bangladesh.
The EoLs are--the exchange of letters on the second batch of calamity rescue equipment between the governments of Bangladesh and China and the exchange of letters on feasibility study of flood prevention and management in Bangladesh between the governments of China and Bangladesh.
Shahidul Haq said the MoU was signed between China Harbour and Engineering Company and Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority (BEPZA) for establishment of a Chinese economic and investment zone in Chittagong.
