A cabinet meeting has given approval to the new budget around Tk 250,506 crore for 2014-15 fiscal year.
The meeting was held at Sangsad Bhaban with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair at 1pm, just before placing the budget to the parliament.
Finance Minister AMA Muhith is set to place annual budget proposal around Tk250,506 crore for 2014-15 fiscal year at 3:30pm on Thursday.
