Members of Jatiyatabadi Ainjibi Forum, a platform of the pro-BNP lawyers, have boycotted court proceedings across the country on Sunday morning.
The boycott began around 10:30am in protest against the detention of 15 lawyers and foiling of their proposed rally at the Supreme Court premises.
However, the court proceeding are running.
The members of the forum will observe boycott from 10:30am to 1pm on Sunday.
On Saturday, some 15 lawyers were detained from the Supreme Court premises ahead of a pro-BNP programme.
Police cordoned off the Supreme Court premises and tore down the stage to stop the rally organised by Jatiyatabadi Ainjibi Forum.
The rally was later shifted to the National Press Club.
