Bangladesh Army and Titas Club began their campaign in the men's section of the Walton Smart TV National Volleyball Championship with comfortable victories over Pabna and Sathkhira respectively at the Dhaka Volleyball Stadium yesterday. Army thrashed Pabna district by 3-0 set with scores of 25-6, 25-14, 25-17 points while Titas outplayed Satkhira by 25-12, 25-15, 25-16 points. Meanwhile in the women’s section, both Ansar-VDP and BJMC recorded comfortable victories by 3-0 sets against Gazipur and Chittagong respectively.
