The deceased were identified as Shah Alam, 34, Nabir Uddin, 48, hailing from Salaipur village of Pabna.
Another victim could not be identified immediately.
Sahid Mahmud, officer-in-charge of Santhia police station, confirmed the death incident to the Dhaka Tribune.
The accident took place when the Ataikula bound truck from Santhia skidded off into the roadside ditch in the area at 6am due to dense fog, the OC said.
On information, police recovered the bodies from the spot and kept them in the police station, he added.
