Police filed a charge sheet against 36 Jamaat-e Islam and Chhatra Shibir members for their alleged involvement in the killing of a night guard in Bogra during unrest in March.
Sub-Inspector Sanowar Hossain submitted the charge sheet before a Bogra Magistrate court on Wednesday afternoon.
Sources said police filed charges against 36 people including the Mokatola union Jamaat Ameer Saiful Islam, and Shura members Shajul Islam, Ali Azam and Shahidul Islam, for their alleged involvement with the case.
Dulu was killed during the unrest which followed a rumour that the image of Jamaat leader Delwar Hossain Sayedee was visible in the moon in Mokatola union on March 3.
Later, the family members filed a case against 36 people accusing them of Dulu’s murder.
