Kaizer Sohail Ahmed has been appointed as the Managing Director (MD) of Biman Bangladesh Airlines, while Syed Moinuddin Ahmed will serve as the Deputy Managing Director (DMD).
Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification regarding the appointments on Tuesday.
Both officials have been appointed on a one-year contractual basis, effective from their date of joining.
According to the order, the appointment is subject to the condition that they must relinquish any engagement with other professions, businesses, or any government, semi-government, private institution or organisation before assuming the role.
