A video showing two passengers fighting mid-air aboard a Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight has gone viral on social media.
The flight was travelling from London to Bangladesh when the two passengers reportedly got into a heated argument that escalated into a physical altercation, causing panic among fellow passengers, including children and elderly people.
The video shows the two men arguing before exchanging blows. At one point, one passenger’s T-shirt was torn during the scuffle.
As the situation escalated, cabin crew members and other passengers intervened and tried to separate the two men.
Biman Bangladesh Airlines General Manager (Public Relations) Mahbubuddin Ahmed told Dhaka Tribune that he was not yet aware of the incident.
“I am not aware of the matter yet. I am looking into it,” he said.
